HR Set Up

Starting at $1,600 · price varies based on team size · 4–8 weeks

This is where it starts. We build the real structure of your HR from the ground up policies, documentation, compliance, the foundation your business needs. Once it's done, you decide what's next: continue with ongoing support, or take the structure and run with it on your own.

What's included:

  • Full assessment of your current HR practices and documentation

  • Building out policies, employee handbook, and compliance essentials

  • Identification of priority risks and gaps

  • A clear picture of what ongoing support (if any) makes sense for your business

When it starts: Kicks off within 5 business days of signing.

Fractional HR (Altira All Over)

Starting at $650/month · price varies based on team size · month-to-month, no long-term contract

Your HR department, without the full-time cost. A dedicated consultant manages your HR function every month — policies, compliance, day-to-day people management — scaled to the size of your team.

What's included:

  • A consultant assigned to your business, matched to your team size

  • Ongoing policy management and compliance monitoring

  • Support for hiring, onboarding, and performance issues as they come up

  • Monthly check-ins and access to your shared document folder

When it starts: Begins the month after your first payment; can follow directly after an HR Set Up or start independently if your foundation is already solid.

Project-Based

Fixed price, scoped per project

For work that doesn't need a monthly commitment. We scope it, give you a fixed price, and deliver start to finish.

Examples:

  • Recruiting (Hire One): starts at $800 per position

  • Employee manual or policy documentation: priced by scope

  • One-time compliance review: priced by scope

  • Interview guides, job descriptions, or onboarding packages: priced by scope

  • Team-building events: priced by scope

  • Training & workshops (capacitaciones): priced by scope

When it starts: Within 5 business days of an approved scope and deposit.
